Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on product and quantity ordered and determined by UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx published rates. Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of order placement. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery.


You have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unopened, unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since the time of purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to either refund or exchange the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you want to return an item within 30 days of purchase then you must follow these guidelines.

  • The item that you are returning should be in the exact same condition as it came to you. Moreover, it should be packed unopened and in original packing in which you received along with all the original accessories.
  • The item you are sending back to us for refund must be received within 30 days from the day you first received it from us.
  • Before you send your item for refund contact our customer representatives and get your refund approved.
  • Once your refund has been approved by us, we will then initiate the refund process. Please be patient with the refund process as it can take up to 15 days.
  • You solely will be responsible for paying for the shipment fee of the item you want to refund. Also, the shipping cost that was applied to our item is non-refundable.

Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer's expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund. Questions regarding returns can be submitted via email.  We will need your order number and the Item ID number of the product you wish to return.

Refused Orders 

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, minus shipping and a restocking charge of 20%.

Damaged Orders

Please check your shipment carefully to ensure no damage has occurred during shipping. Contact us immediately if you notice any damage to your product. All product damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. To make a claim, please contact through the "Contact Us" tab on the website or by sending an email directly to allin1supplements@gmail. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a description of and pictures of the shipping damage.
